Inktober 2016 - [Crouching Kid,] Hidden [Monster]

Day 6 for the Inktober challenge is themed "Hidden". This one turned out be a bit of a pain to figure out, and hasn't exactly helped much in catching up to the current day. I eventually decided on something dealing with a kid and his "imaginary" friend, and the process even managed to get me to stretch my storytelling muscle.

I was always afraid there was a monster in my closet, but then I found out he was there to protect me from the other monsters. My mom and dad think he's just my imagination, but I know he's there, even when you can't see him. It's actually good when you can't see him, because when you can, it's already too late....
